Keep the Right Innovation, Faith and Joy

The company formally established the R&D department as early as 2009, covering an area of nearly 400㎡. More than 10 million yuan has been invested in research and development equipment and facilities, equipped with advanced equipment such as GC-MS, SEM, HPLC and a large number of paper-making related equipment, mainly distributed in five functional laboratories such as comprehensive laboratory, microbiological laboratory, chemical analysis laboratory, constant temperature and humidity laboratory, and printing laboratory. At the same time, there is an unfixed amount of fixed asset project investment every year (about 500,000 to 1 million yuan), and the annual research and development investment accounts for more than 3% of sales revenue. In the past two years, there have been new product development projects such as high-bulk ivory board, bristol board, poker playing cards, gable top board, and art board, which have been successfully put on the market. At the same time, dozens of new raw material applications are developed every year as a technical reserve. The "ivory board multi-gradient anti-counterfeiting packaging technology" project was awarded the first prize for scientific and technological progress of the Young Workers' Federation in 2023. Both the R&D hardware configuration and R&D soft power are in a relatively leading position in the paper-making industry.

Since its establishment, the Technical R&D Department has attached great importance to the construction of a talent team, and has made the introduction and training of talents a key task. In addition, each workshop is equipped with more than 100 auxiliary R&D personnel such as production technicians and process personnel, most of whom have a bachelor's degree or above. The R&D personnel's majors involve pulp and paper-making, printing, chemical technology, biotechnology, etc. They have put forward many constructive suggestions on the company's product technology and technology improvement, so that the company's R&D capabilities and product quality have been recognized by many customers.
